Hey Ed: I think I did the same thing a few times. Lynn Nelsen In a message dated 11/23/2009 8:50:19 A.M. Eastern Standard Time, [email protected] writes:
Yesterday I prepared to install the inspection holes / plates as per Service Bulletin 31/Beads. I have a "G" model with three (3) rows of beads, After carefully measuring (three times +) and making slight adjustment for positioning of the holes I found that I can only install 3 inspection holes on each side due to the (three) beaded skins. That's O.K.with me I will still be able to visually inspect wing center section for evidence of corrosion and / or damage with 3 on each side. Of course the installation would not be followed to the letter. The SB calls for 4 on each side. Has anyone had this problem.
