Hello Kostas, One more possibility for you to check. When I first got my 'Coupe (same engine as yours, w/ 7150 prop), it was going to redline (2575) in cruise with no problem. Somewhere in the first 2 years of having different mechanics check things, it had slowed down. Then, on my last annual, the AI found something about the throttle attachment that he said was keeping it from developing full throttle, and he also said the tach needed overhaul. He had the latter done, and changed the throttle attachment, and now it is very energetic again, back up to full rpm in cruise. And I know it is not just the tach overhaul, because I can feel the difference, and when flying in our local 'Coupe group, my plane had gone from 2nd-fastest, to slowest, now back up near the front.
