Dave, I presume you've removed the quick drains on the tank and checked the screen.
Have you also shone a light inside the tank and looked for drifting sloshing compound. I've heard of instances in which floating sloshing compound ___intermittently___ blocks the outlet of the tank. Next, naturally, will be the fuel lines. If so, have fun. <he says with dismay> Ed
