Hey Gary: If you have the newer spinner with the 4 screws in front of the prop, you will have to remove the safety wire, and the prop nuts/bolts in order to get the bulkhead off in front of the prop. This should be left to your mechanic. There was a model of spinner at one time that did not have these 4 screws and front bulkhead.
