Like you, I had a Garmin 195, but I also found it too big & bulky.  As Jim
Truxel, I bought a Garmin GPS III Pilot and mounted it on top of the
instrument panel, off center right.  Hopefully I will be able to attach a
couple of photos.

GPS III Pilot has same capabilities as the 195 plus you can view it
vertically like the 195, or horizontally like the 196, 296, & 396.  It does
have a smaller screen, but if I tilt my head just right to line up the
correct lens in my trifocals, my 60 yr old eyes can see it good enough for
what I need!
