Al,

Install a complete cover over the large hole that is directly under the 
propeller.  This hole allows the prop to blow outside air directly onto the oil 
tank.  I attached mine with 6-32 machine screws and nutplates.  A person could 
easily do it with Tinnermans.  I can raise my oil temp. by approx. 40ยบ F.  I 
would advise that you do not cover any other holes.
