Charles, I looked at myairplane.com and used the Aircraft BG Investigation link they have on left side of page. This is handy as it culls information form FAA and NTSB data. It does not look like the plane was involved in a reported accident. I then looked up the airline and it seems to no longer be in business, but its owner appears in a news article from 2008 about New Year's resolutions. He is shown living in Reading, PA.
