Hi Linda, Correct.
In reading the Parts Catalog, the column to the extreme right is the number required for the assembly shown. Since each aileron is shown in a separate "Figure", or drawing, the number required is one, although they are of the same part number. On the next page, both rudders are shown, and so the number required is two. The one for the elevator in the same drawing is listed separately because it is a different part number. Later on, including Forneys, all were the same, Part No. 415-22030. They can be made up in the field easily, being a 1-1/2" long piece of .095 aluminum or copper cable .095 dia. x 7 x 36 & Amp #31118 -2 Terminals such that the dimension between hole centers is 2".
