I hope to purchase a 415C/D this month, after the proper due-diligence work. It is 1200 miles from me and it and me both reside in the frozen north. I obviously would like to get it home ASAP so I could enjoy the few good winter days we have in the Adirondacks. Flying it home is probably not an option until May. I realize that it will not fit (width) inside a Penske truck. Any suggestions? Are there companies that specifically haul planes over the road?
