[ercoupe-tech] Tie down locations (eyebolts)

I ask once before and recieved the answer but I have lost it. I checked all my 
books and cant find the measurements to find the holes for the tie down eye 
bolts. I have cloth wings and only want to make one hole instead of poking 
around. Looks like the coupe will be staying outside for a while. Thank you
