I seem to recall you asked if anyone had seen or knew anything about this kind of installation. At a guess, I suspect no one responded because your installation is unique. I've never heard of such a down-from-the-top rudder pedal installation. My only worry would be whether the firewall was firm enough there in the middle to handle the pushing loads. The photo looks like the mounting was well done (but what do I know, I can barely do pop rivets). The key thing is, does it work and is it well made? Who knows, maybe your plane will inspire others to do the same thing.
