Remove the one closest to the panel. When you then pull the steering wheel
shaft out you won't have the universal joint blocking the hole in the panel.

  Hey Jerry,

I just removed my header tank and had the same problem. I
took a heavy bucking bar - - placed it next to the exit end of the tapered pin
and then rapped (Hit) the pin on the threaded end (with nut on) with a heavy
hammer. Out it came!!

With the cables removed (Throttle,Mixture, Carb Heat,Parking
Brake) and a little bit of wiggling it almost fell out.

I have been under the dash of my 415-G model all day attempting to change out
the leaking header tank. I am not any closer to getting it out than I was when
I started. I cannot figure out how to get the Yoke pins out. I took off the
nuts and then put the nuts back on and hit it with a hammer and nothing. I
thought that they were just wedged in and a tap would make them release. Wrong!
Anyone got any ideas on how to get the Yoke's off? Thanks Jerry
