Lee, Kevin and I made 2 new ones for Eleanor out of plexiglas.My old ones were severly crazed. Kevin knows the thickness we used. Basically, we took plexiglas and cut it out to the width dimensions. Marked and drilled the top holes and inserted the screws. Then with the use of a heating gun, we heated the plexiglas and bent it down (slowly) to the next 2 holes, and continued the process all the way to the bottom screws. Be sure to use a plexiglas drill bit........Woody
