One additional thought about how tall and large pilots fit in Coupes . . .
How much leg and head room you have depends, in part, on the thickness of the cushions. If the original cushions have been replaced with thicker cushions, you could be raised up or pushed forward by as much as several inches. I've ridden in Coupes in which the top of my head/headset would touch the canopy. In my Coupe, there was adequate space. So, if you find a great Coupe that cramps your headspace, consider making adjustments to the seat cushions. (You could test this by taking out the seat cushion and putting in a temporary, thin cushion to check that you fit comfortably.) I like to be as high as I can be without touching the window as I turn my head all around.
