Congratulations on getting the A&P license! That’s a big job. Well done! Someday, could you give us an essay comparing the low speed sink rates of the Colt versus the Ercoupe. Be careful while doing testing for it, though! I’ve ridden in a Colt during a near vertical final approach (acerbated by a 30mph headwind). Would you believe not pulling power from pattern altitude till halfway down a not-so-long final?!?! He had to add power to make the runway. And, I was a passenger in that same Colt when the 42 mph direct crosswind hit just as we were touching down. Would you believe a 100 ft. ground roll which included a 90˚ turn but which stopped just short of the runway light? All the best, Ed
