The ad clearly states there is a crack in the item, even so small. The seller
is not attempting to cheat or defraud anyone. When there is a clear
description of and item and that description clearly identifies the faults
which the item possess, I am at a loss as to how that is an attempt to cheat or
defraud. You obviously read the description and recognized the item was
faulty. Anyone else interested has the same opportunity. If they choose not
to read the description, then they are fools.
I don't understand how you arrived at your conclusion of attempt to defraud.
