My thought exactly, John.

 

The current Continental replacement part for a C-75 case is an O-200 case.

Wonder how the documentation on that works from Continental.

 

Rick, thoroughly check logs and FAA CD for references to a case change.

Are you sure they are not O-200 mounts? A picture is worth a thousand 
words...
How do you know the date the case was built? The two halves should have 
matching numbers, but these are not casting numbers.
