All, I'm in the process of rejuvinating a coupe and need some help/suggestions on laying out the panel. I have a new old stock panel that is about 2 inches taller than standard. My thinking is to use a glove box on the right side and leave room on the left side for a fancy Garmin in case I sell the plane some day and the buyer wants a glass cockpit. The extra room on the bottom could hold radios and switches. Does anyone have a paper templet or good photo of a similar layout that they would be willing to share? I also need engine baffling. Both the top and the thin pieces that weave between the cylinders.
My thoughts on the crashed plane. We have to remember that it is the pilot, driver, shooter or passenger and not the Ryder truck, airplane or rifle.
