I use 17 pounds on the nose and 20 pounds on the main tires.

Too much pressure will make the nose shimmy too less also.

The mains will wear faster with too much or too little pressure.

You are right, thanks! I guess I will just trial and error the nose tire on 
mine, I have the dual fork and larger tire. Previous owner said that if the 
nose wheel is low on pressure, it will shimmy a bit.
