Please don't anyone take this personally, but it disturbs me greatly to
hear that so many folks are flying around in planes that have fuel
systems with which they are not intimately familiar. During an engine
compartment fire is not the time to be consulting the manual for the
location of the fuel shutoff valve! (or discovering that the previous
owner upholstered over it!)
Reminds me of a Bonanza belly up landing because someone had miss
installed the trim over the emergency gear extension crank, except they
got to live to talk about it...
