My IA and I are deep into annual inspection and it is pretty obvious that both elevator and rudder cables are too slack. The IA's tension meter only goes to 70lbs (I think that's what he said). Looks like another LONG owner assisted annual for me, but so far, nothing too expensive looking. We are finding several loose rivets on the belly skin and a couple of short cracks in the skin near the wing root. Spars look good. Off to spend another painful day wadded up under the panel with my feet hanging out the window..........
