[ercoupe-tech] Brake Pedal Sticking

I went to push my coupe back into the hangar the other day, and just did not 
have enough strength to get it in!  I am old and thought maybe my pacemaker was 
not quite engaging or the battery was weak, so sat and thought about it a bit.  
I then reached inside and pulled the brake pedal up, and then it pushed in 
easily.
Is there supposed to be a spring on it or something, or is this just another 
normal coupe condition?
