Kevin:

The 415 Service manual has good diagrams and descriptions of the several 
fuel systems found on the 415.  Also, depending on which one you have, 
the parts catalog may help, too, although it is not complete for all 
variants.

One thing to watch out for is the possibility of mix and match parts.

If your right tank has 2 ports and the left one, then the second port on 
the right is most likely the return line from the header overflow.  The 
remaining port on each take get connected together with a "T to the fuel 
pump. The shutoff goes in the line between the "T" and the pump inlet, 
usually screwed directly into the "T".

If the tanks are riveted they are aluminum..
