The case appears to be an early C-75 that had been setup for fuel injection.

It seems to be common, but not that common. However, you probably won't be able 
to fit a  vacuum pump there and no fuel injection either.

These accessories require special cam shafts that are probably hard to get by. 
There used to be a fuel pump adapter that you could fit there also. That you 
could run from your current cam shaft.

Anyone,
My 75hp serial #4021 415C crankcase has a plate over the hole fwd. on the 
bottom, where what I believe should accomdate a vacuum pump. However, There is 
nothing in there to drive a pump. Just a bearing cap.
Wondering if the case might have come from an 0-200. The engine has 800 plus 
hours since majored. Any Ideas. Thanks.
