The flexible aluminum air duct you describe was original equipment on
most Ercoupes.
Univair carries it, Cat. No. AD7/8 (7/8"), AD1 (1"), AD1.5 (1-1/2") and
AD2 (2"). Don't know current price per ft.
Their number is (to order) 888-433-5433 or (for info.) 303-375-8882
Wag-Aero carries it, Cat. No. E-458-000 is 1-1/2" @ $3.50/ft. and
E-459-000 is 2" @ $5/ft..
