Forney identified the Goodyear 5.00-5 nose wheel as a D 292. More
detailed information in an earlier Sanders Price List states that if
the Assembly No. is 9520276, it is sand cast and if 9520653, it is die
cast.
For either I believe the cup for both inboard and outboard bearing is
Timken 08231, Code No. 95-0472 and the Cone-Brg is Timken 08125, Code
No. 95-0471.
Another source suggests that the Goodyear Die Cast wheel is Assembly
No. is 39520653 with Goodyear Code No. 395047 for the cup bearing and
3950471 for the cone bearing.
The above are probably Goodyear Code No. changes for the same parts
(because they are so similarly consistent).
If you have the Cleveland Type 40-17, 21-100D, give a call to the
Parker-Hannifin Tech Line (800-272-5464) and they should be able to
help with bearing numbers. If you do this, please share with us what
you learn.
