Sloshing might stop the leaks. For a while... Problem is you don't know why they've started leaking. The fact that you have 2 different leaks must give one pause. IF the drain drops out or the seam splits open the sloshing compound won't be of much use. Also, if the tank was previously sloshed and the sloshing is failing, new sloshing is no better than painting over rust.
