Gee, I do not know.  I did not put it in--only took it out.  What do you pro's

Thanks to all for the input.  I will be working with my AP tomorrow and will 
share the printouts of your advice. Fortunately, he is open to advice and the 
research I find.   I get the idea that leaking tanks are potentially serious.  
Also, I understand that corrosion inside could be the problem – especially near 
the drain valve.  I will share with the group what we decide to do and how it 
works.
