Hi Rick, If you are asking about the actual measurement of prop pitch, someone asked that a while back and I responded by describing how I did it. Should be in the archives. If you are interested, I think we were helping one of our brothers from Greece, so if you search using the word "Greece" and look for one of my responses, you should be able to find it.
