To open a file on one of our forums, first you go to that forum's web page.
For -tech, that is:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ercoupe-tech/ 
 
On the left column, you'll see a list of options, one of which is <Files>.
Click on it.  (Note, you must be signed in with your Yahoo id that is a
member of the forum.
