Well, I think there should be some limits to an annual.  For 5 years running, I 
had some sort of inflight problem coming home with my Cherokee from an annual - 
usually stuff that probably should not have been messed with anyhow.  The only 
thing you can inspect by taking out the seat and side panels is the outside 
skin behind it for 18 inches or so down from the window sill, it could be just 
as easily be done with a mirror and light down the crack, I just had mine all 
apart, definitely not a quick and easy job.
Do you mind telling us the bill for your annual Prof Ed?
