Tried that and the Velcro came off during the hot summer months. I even tried "heavy duty" adhesive and Velcro.

It takes minutes to rip out the interor if necessary. For an annual it is not really necessary: If you have the large baggage compartment you don't need remove the side panels, just the floor to get access to the battery case and mixer, etc. In the front it is easier to remove the flooring if the forward side panels are taken out. the seat side panels do not need to be removed.
