About 8 Ercoupes have gathered in the Juneau, WI, poised for our Caravan to AirVenture. The grounds are extremely wet at present due to excessive rain for the past week or so, but they are drying out quickly. No aircraft are currently allowed to park off the hard surfaces, and all the hard surfaced parking areas are full. I called EAA Flightline Operations again this afternoon, and they are hopeful that they will be able to allow parking in the Vintage Area Camping area, as well as some of the other areas. They suggested that I call them tomorrow morning to get another update. We may be able to fly in tomorrow afternoon or evening.
