I'm not clear on exactly what the intent of your question is, but, if you have logs for the plane, they should give you the serial number. If you have no logs and no data plate, then technically you do not have a 415-CD, but rather a lot of parts. then, your only practical course is to shop around for a data plate and logs and use your parts to restore that plane.
