Linda: I had to replace the cluster gear on my 415C back in the mid-90's and found a place selling used parts in Trade-A-Plane. It cost me $65.00, which I thought to be quite reasonable compared to the $600 El Reno or someplace like that wanted for it. The quality was quite good. You might look at Trade-A-Plane.
I bought two of them at the time (out of euphoria at finding them so cheap) but I am not ready to get rid of my spare. Best of luck!
