I did not see anyone respond to you.  I did a complete re-buil from a plane
yhat lived in New Jersey and PA.  I had to replace most of the belly skin--the
mice urin and water really did a job on it.  That said, cover the cabin up
well, keep the mice out and you should be OK. Not the best situation, but OK

Funny, our best flying here in Texas is probably when yours stops. Covered
T-hangar here for $100.00/month.  Come on down?  John

I'm a former Luscombe owner/ driver, living in Maine. Looking to re-enter
flying LSA,(although I have Private,SEL, but at 64, don't want to chance
Medical) Tie-down is availabe in my area for 35.00 a month, but winter hanger
space is not available. Trying not to have to build a T-hanger. So, anyone have
any experience with year-round Tie-out of a 415-C in the Northeast, or other
'winter' areas.? Any comments appreciated.

Many thanks,

Steve in Maine
