I did not see anyone respond to you. I did a complete re-buil from a plane yhat lived in New Jersey and PA. I had to replace most of the belly skin--the mice urin and water really did a job on it. That said, cover the cabin up well, keep the mice out and you should be OK. Not the best situation, but OK
