Thanks for help. I fixed the problem. Just want to explain it in more details:
In Eric4 editor, go to Setting->Preferences->Editor->APIs. There, choose "Python" from Language and add PyQt4.api file from a disk. I also added Python-2.5.api. After it, compile it.
