Hi, the problem mentioned in the thread was solved on the eric4 side in version 4.2.1.
Thereafter, I cannot remember having seen this problem again. Over here it works with latest PyQt4 and sip on openSUSE 11 (and older) and Windows as well as Kubuntu 8.10 (with PyQt4 and sip out of the box). Regards, Detlev On Sonntag, 21.
