I was looking around at various Python IDEs the other day, and decided to
try eric. One thing that I'm noticing, which is bothersome, is that when
enabling "draw line" for edge mode, the line drawn is not anywhere near
where it should be. In fact, it's about half the length from the left
border, but not exactly. I found a few old messages which seem to indicate
that it was a problem in eric3, but is obsolete in eric4.

Monospace font: Courier 11
"Use monospaced as default" checked
Changing default text size doesn't seem to have an effect

eric: 4.3.0
Python: 2.6.1
QT: 4.4.3
PyQT: 4.4.4
QScintilla: 2.3.2
python-qscintilla: 2.3.2

This is all on an updated Arch Linux system.
