This was meant as a hint.

XP is outdated. So, I believe that there are not very much users on
XP-platform.

Nevertheless here are the install details:
1. Python 2.6.5
2. PyQt 4.7.3 (binary)
3. Setting of some environment variables
4. eric install via install.py

For 4.4.4a there were the following log-messages:
- exception handler not found
- translation files not found (this is uncritical)
