Hi, Sorry to create a thread again, but there is a bug with "open file" dialogs, so that I cannot create project or use QTranslator in Eric. I've seen this was fixed in the 5.1 version, http://www.riverbankcomputing.com/pipermail/eric/2011-March/002943.html, it seems to have reappeared :)
