I installed eric last week, the same configuration means Win7, uptodate
Anaconda with python3 and Python 2 virtual environments, Qt 5.6 and no
problem. Eric was installed in python 3 virtual environment. So no Anaconda is
not broken, you may need to install Qt 5.6 from official installer b/c :
