That will not work because pip generated this wrapper for GUI scripts using pythonw.exe during installation. That Python interpreter variant doesn't give any output. You should run 'python.exe -m eric7 --debug'.

 Is there a log file or debug file that is generated?

All debug output is sent to the console.
