I just uploaded eric 26.7. It fixes some bugs and adds these new features.
* pip Interface
o Added the capability to check for incompatible and missing
packages and repair that.
* Project Type 'Eric7 Plugin'
o Added the capability to configure the PKGLIST creation by
specifying which file names to exclude (by file path pattern).
It is available via the eric web site or PyPI.
