[Editor's note: This is even more hilarious than the first one. It shows how
to fold a twenty to get "OSAMA", as well as some tricks with other
countries' currency. They also include a picture the FF100 bill with
Marianne on it (which doesn't need to be folded to titillate some people).
It also claims, "... several generations of kids have now learned that if
you cut a few holes in a package of "Land O Lakes" butter and fold the
portion with the pictured Native American girl's knees up just right, you
can make it look like she's holding her breasts" but I wasn't one of those
