Erlang 18.2.1 spec

Update for Erlang 18.2.1, the package builds and works at least for x86_64 and
i686 (even the bug with erlang:processes() dumping core has been corrected by
this).
Below is the output from rpmlint, all the warnings have been present before, no
new warnings or errors introduced:
