Peter and I have started on this, currently tracking for downstream OSP
at:

The main obstacle thus far is upgrading elixir and along with it
bringing in rebar3 plus all of the new dependencies they require.

I'm slowly working through it all locally in mock until I have
everything accounted for, and then I'll dump a bunch of package reviews
for inclusion in rawhide.
