still bugs

1. upgrading from 0.3.6.x made plugin forget where is my erlang installed
2. again troubles with localisation
3. without ERL_TOP initialised, press onto Editor section - and You get it
in new dialog
try to close it - press ESC 3 times, counter goes +1, 0, -1 - and then
Eclipse crashes
4. set ERL_TOP, open Editor - it works. Go down to Folding, then try to
change page - Eclipse stops you telling some invalid values are entered -
but what are they ??? Restore Defaults saves.
