You can start the Eclipse update, "find new plugins" and choose "local
update site" (I don't have it open now, so the names may be slightly
different), point it to the directory on the CD where you should have the
"features" and "plugins" directories (with the respective jars inside them)
and a site.xml file. Then proceed as usual.
