To reproduce: 1. Install a newer release 2.0 of package B, on which package A depends. A currently uses rel 1.0 of B. 2. Do a sinan clean and sinan dist of package A. 3. Package A distribution STILL contains B 1.0, even though B 2.0 has been published and shown as installed by faxien. Even if I rm -rf _build/.
